These awards, which are given to the best independent Swiss asset managers, were presented last night at a gala evening in Zurich. The winners are selected by a panel of experts after a rigorous judging process. The independent jury comprises specialist consultants and representatives from custodian banks and technology providers, along with other industry experts,

Referring to the first prize for the Fund Selection/Asset Allocation Offering, a panel member explained: “With a track record of more than 50 years in fund selection and as one of the best fund managers, NS Partners is clearly a leader in this category”. Commenting on the award for the best thematic investment strategy or proposition, Stephen Harris, CEO of ClearView Financial Media and the publisher of WealthBriefing, said: “In a deeply impressive submission, the judges picked a winner that combines an impressive history with a modern and thoughtful approach to its investment proposition.”

“We are very honoured to have received these two awards. Selecting the best external providers has always been the cornerstone of our approach and is truly part of our DNA. And for more than 10 years now, we have been adding to this unique expertise by developing in parallel our own internal talent pool for our ‘single manager’ strategies, particularly with thematic funds that offer excellent prospects. Our UCITS funds now have over CHF 1 billion in assets under management” said Cédric Dingens, Member of the Executive Committee.
